Delete your Apex Protocol account

You can delete your account at any time, for free, directly in the app. This page explains how, what is deleted, and what to do if you no longer have the app.

Last updated: October 2026

1Delete it from the app (fastest)

  1. Open the Apex Protocol app and sign in.
  2. Go to the Me tab.
  3. At the bottom, under Sign out, tap Delete my account.
  4. Enter your password and confirm.

The deletion is immediate and you are signed out.

2No longer have the app?

Email support@apexprotocol.cloud from the email address of your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm it is really you, then delete the account within 30 days and reply when it is done.

3What is deleted

  • Your account and sign-in (email, username, name, country).
  • Your APX and SOLB balances and their history.
  • Your hash, mining cycles, rate protections, quests, HashCards and GiftCards.
  • Your team links, notification settings and device tokens.
  • The result of the face check (only its date and step count were ever stored — never a photo).

People you invited keep their own accounts; they simply no longer appear as your referrals.

4What may be kept

When an account is deleted by our team (for example after an email request or for abuse), a short record of that action — the email address, the date and the reason — is kept in our internal security log to prevent fraud and answer support requests. Nothing else is kept. Encrypted database backups roll over and are fully replaced within 30 days.

5Before you delete

Deletion cannot be undone. Your balances are lost and cannot be restored, even if you sign up again with the same email — you would start over as a new, empty account.
