Terms of use

Plain terms for a free service. By using Apex you agree to these; if you don't, please don't use it.

Last updated: August 2026

1Acceptance

These terms govern your use of the Apex Protocol website (apexprotocol.cloud) and mobile application (com.apexprotocol.app). By downloading, accessing or using either, you agree to them. If you are using Apex on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept on its behalf.

2What Apex is

Apex is a rewards-and-participation protocol. You mine two in-app tokens, APX and SOLB, by taking part on a fixed schedule. Hash is an in-app contribution parameter; your device does not perform real cryptographic proof-of-work. During the current phase, token balances are internal protocol balances (off-chain) and are not transferable on a public blockchain.

Nothing in Apex is investment advice, and no token balance is a promise of future monetary value. You take part because you choose to, not because a return is guaranteed — because it is not.

3Eligibility & accounts

You must be old enough to form a binding contract and to consent to data processing where you live. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. One person is expected to operate one account.

4Fair use & prohibited conduct

To keep the network fair for everyone, you agree not to:

  • create multiple or fake accounts, or use bots, scripts or emulators to mine or inflate hash;
  • manipulate referrals, cards, quests or the reward boost, or attempt to bypass caps and limits;
  • tamper with the app, its API, or the protocol’s server-side rules;
  • impersonate Apex or its team, or misuse its name or brand.

We may suspend or close accounts, and adjust or void hash and balances, where we reasonably determine these rules have been broken.

5Tokens & parameters

Emission rates, decay, pool sizes and caps are protocol parameters. They are configurable and may be adjusted as the network learns; the mechanism will not change without being restated in the whitepaper. Balances have no guaranteed monetary value and may not be withdrawable until the features described in the roadmap are released.

6No sale — beware impersonation

Apex does not sell tokens and has never held a presale, ICO or crowdsale. Any offer to sell, “pre-sell,” or paid-list an Apex token, and any site asking you to pay to claim or unlock a balance, is fraudulent and unauthorised. Tokens are only ever mined and claimed inside the official app. Report impersonation to support@apexprotocol.cloud.

7Intellectual property

The Apex name, logo, app and site content are owned by Apex Protocol or its licensors. You may use the service as intended, but you may not copy, resell or create derivative products from it without permission.

8Disclaimers & liability

Apex is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for any loss of value of off-chain balances, arising from your use of the service.

9Changes & contact

We may update these terms as the protocol evolves; material changes will be announced in the app and on the News page. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@apexprotocol.cloud.
